The “Home” of Herobrine in Minecraft has been found

Minecraft can be said to be one of the games that is still popular among gamers. First released in 2011, Minecraft's popularity has continued to grow with its growing community. The size of the community has led to various mysteries and rumors circulating on the internet. Although some rumors have been resolved, there are still many other mysteries that cannot be explained, such as the rumors of Herobrine sightings.

The “Home” of Herobrine in Minecraft has been found

Herobrine is an NPC character in the Minecraft game who has the appearance of the main character but has white eyes. This Herobrine mystery was quite viral in its time because some people claimed to have met him. Mojang as the developer also denied the existence of this character, but until now the Herobrine mystery still continues. Now, the legend of Herobrine is back in the conversation of Minecraft fans because someone reportedly found the world seed code to access Herobrine's “home”.

Even though Herobrine's character is just a rumor, the place where Herobrine first appeared actually exists. A Reddit user named andrew_555 (Kminster) found the world seed code to enter the world of Herobrine. The world seed itself is a code to access certain worlds in Minecraft, each of which has unique world characteristics. For more details, you can see the following details:

    Seed: 478868574082066804
    Version: Java Alpha 1.0.16_02
    Alpha coordinates: X = 5.06 Y = 71 (72.62 eye pos) Z = -298.54
    Modern coordinates: X = 5.16 Y = 71 Z = -298.53
    Camera angle: RX = 93.75 RY = -1.2

The world seed looks like a typical Minecraft world. However, there are some oddities that seem creepy, such as a pyramid-shaped building made of sand, trees without leaves, some strange buildings, and a 2 × 2 tunnel which is rumored to be the "home" of Herobrine. Herobrine was initially thought to be the late brother of Notch who was the creator of the game Minecraft. But Notch denied the rumors because he said he never had a sibling.

Although Mojang and Notch have confirmed that Herobrine's whereabouts are not true, the mystery is still questionable. Moreover, Mojang has released a change log in the Beta 1.6.6 update which reads “Herobrine removed” and many players claim to have seen his appearance. This discovery also proves that there are probably many other mysteries that are still hidden and waiting to be discovered.
