Ni no Kuni: Cross World, Release Date, and Features in this Mobile MMORPG Game!

G-Star 2019, Developer Netmarble announced that they will collaborate with Level-5 to develop a new Mobile MMORPG game called Ni no Kuni: Cross World. The game developed that year is finally ready to be released in the Asian market.

What is Ni no Kuni: Cross World

Ni no Kuni Cross World is a mobile game developed by Netmarble taking inspiration from previous versions. Just like the original setting, the mobile version of the game allows players to explore 2 different worlds.

The game itself is an MMORPG game genre, but the developer focuses this game more on the community interactions contained in it. Where players can play music with each other, play dice, chess, and much more. But that doesn't mean there aren't monsters that will kill and chase you, but the developer is focusing this game more on the fun factor that comes along with MMORPG gameplay in general, namely building a community.

 

The developer of this game has been trying for 2 years, and has improved the content and quality of the game by taking feedback from some of the tests he had done a while ago.

Combat Gameplay?

The combat features of Ni no Kuni: Cross World are still the same as the previous game. Players will use the monsters that you have to attack the enemy. But of course, the controls have been adjusted for the mobile version.

There are 3 familiars that can be used in the game, each of them has their own skills and you can change them whenever you want. Apart from using familiars, players will also use your own character to attack existing enemies. There are various spells and skills that you can use depending on the weapons you have equipped.

Some of the unique features in the game Ni no Kuni Cross World

There are several unique features provided by Ni no Kuni Cross world. This game presents an MMORPG gaming experience, so it's no surprise that they have a PVP feature in the game. Not only that, players can build a community and play together with other players.

Interact with each other and play the various games available, but one of the most unique features is building an empire. Unfortunately the developer has not clearly explained what this feature is, but he added that there is a mini game, namely Kingdom Defense Battle, which makes the author think that we will fight with other players who want to fight over your kingdom in raids on a fairly large scale.

The difference with the previous version?

Netmarble actually explained that Game Ni no Kuni has a new story. There is no direct connection with the story in the previous version of Ni no Kuni. The story from Ni no Kuni: Cross World is set long after the events in Ni no Kuni 2, but players may see some of the same characters, locations, and monsters in Ni no Kuni 2. Not only that, the game Ni no Kuni: Cross World is reported will not have an ending, but the developer will always provide interesting content updates in the future.

Release Date?

Ni no Kuni: Cross World will be released in June 2021. Unfortunately, this game will only be available in Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan in that year. This is based on analysis data taken by the game publisher, but it is rumored that an English version of the game will be coming in the future in 2022!
